Smart Homes Residential Dwellings in Dholera
The best homes in Dholera are being built by the brand from Singapore origin: Smart Homes Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. With a vision to create 60,000 affordable homes in the smart city by 2040, the developer has embarked on its journey to provide Dholera residents with a home that they can call their very own paradise.
Smart Homes aims to create 20,000 homes per decade to meet the increasing housing demand.
As per the DSIR project report:
1.24 lakh homes shall be built by 2020.
Over 3.67 lakh homes shall be built by 2030.

By 2040:
The city shall be home to 2 million people.
Another 0.5 million shall reside in the surrounding areas.
Earlier, residents relied on farming on saline land with minimal yields.
Now, with boundless opportunities, Dholera is being envisioned as a global trading and manufacturing hub.
The transformation has been phenomenal, creating economic and employment opportunities.
Fast-track development in the city has commenced with significant achievements:
Wipro Technologies appointed as a consultant to deploy ICT in DSIR.
L&T awarded an EPC contract for road and service construction.
Cube Constructions Engineering Ltd to undertake ABCD building construction.
Dholera’s journey of success has begun, and along with it, Smart Homes has taken off on its mission to create affordable housing across India’s 100 smart cities.

RERA Compliance
The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) was introduced to
enhance transparency and accountability in the real estate sector. However, it is
important to understand where and how this law applies, as its applicability varies
depending on the type of real estate transaction. RERA primarily regulates residential
and commercial real estate projects, but it does not apply to the sale of land or plots
without construction obligations. In areas like Dholera SIR, transactions involving
final plots (designated land parcels) do not fall under RERA's scope. Similarly,
agricultural land, industrial land, and other specific land transactions may not come
under its jurisdiction.
